By accessing or using TalentMint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TalentMint is an interview scheduling and resume analysis platform that integrates with Google Calendar and Google Meet to help organizations manage their hiring process efficiently.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service for:

  • Legitimate recruitment and interview scheduling activities
  • Resume analysis and candidate evaluation
  • Managing interview appointments and communications

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Google Services Integration

By connecting your Google account, you authorize TalentMint to:

  • Access your Google Calendar to create and manage interview events
  • Create Google Meet links for virtual interviews
  • Send calendar invitations on your behalf

You can revoke this access at any time through your account settings or Google account permissions.

6. User Content

6.1 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, including resumes, job descriptions, and interview notes. You warrant that:

  • You have the right to upload and share such content
  • The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • The content does not contain confidential information you're not authorized to share

6.2 License Grant

By uploading content, you grant TalentMint a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by TalentMint and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Accuracy or completeness of resume analysis results

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALENTMINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from service interruptions or errors
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TalentMint from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • Any reason at our sole discretion

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
